Presentations
Posters should have a maximum length of 36 inches per side and can cover an introduction to a topic, methods used, lessons learned, or a complete research study.
ASTER students with any experience in research are highly encouraged to present. You do not have to have a complete dataset or results to present at the ASTER symposium.
If you are intending to present, you will need to include a tentative title as part of your registration. It does not have to be the final title.
Talks are 10 minutes with an additional 2 minutes for questions. They typically cover more in-depth research such as an introduction and methods, deep dive into methods, or a complete research study.
